IMPORTANT! Elective Course Quotas

According to the decision of our department board, all students who are registered in the 4th year Departmental Elective (BS) courses but are not 4th year students (who are 3rd, 2nd or 1st year students) are required to cancel their registration from these 4th year Departmental Elective courses. Students who meet with this condition and do not delete their registration from the relevant courses will automatically be deleted by the student affairs unit. After this deregistration process, students whose registration has been deleted and who have a valid excuse to take the relevant elective course(s), can re-register for the relevant course/courses with the joint approval of the student advisor, the course instructor and the department chair, if they apply. Not being able to take the required course(s) in the lower grades due to the prerequisite courses and wanting to fill the resulting credit gap with a 4th grade elective course will not be accepted as a valid excuse.
