Our master's student, Hatice Hazar, under the supervision of Assist. Prof. Dr. Özgün Güzdemir, successfully defended her master's thesis entitled "Production and Characterization of Carbon Dot-Reinforced Biodegradable Food Packaging Materials Obtained from Food Waste by Electrospinning Method".
The thesis jury consisted of Assist. Prof. Dr. Tuğba Demir Çalışkan (Bursa Technical University), Prof. Dr. Hilal Şahin Nadeem, and Assist. Prof. Dr. Özgün Güzdemir.
