Mission
Our department's mission is to produce graduates who are inquisitive and critical thinkers, capable of original thinking, generating universal knowledge, confident in themselves, able to find solutions to problems encountered in daily life using analytical thinking skills, adaptable to the changes of the times, and able to keep up with the latest developments in the field of Mathematics. who can express mathematics verbally and in writing by understanding mathematical thinking methods, analyze problems in different scientific fields by modeling them mathematically and contribute to their solution, and build computer-aided models of problems in different disciplines with the algorithm and programming skills required in computer technology.
Vision
Our department aims to train qualified, talented, and dynamic students who develop analytical and quantitative reasoning skills, possess fundamental mathematical knowledge, and can apply it across disciplines. To this end, the goal is to create an environment conducive to becoming one of the departments recognized internationally for its high-quality scientific work, where pioneering research is conducted in the abstract and applied fields of mathematics and where original and innovative education is provided.
