Vision and Mission

VISION

Within the next 10 years, in line with the mission, vision, values, and strategic goals of our university, our aim is to become a department that adopts contemporary educational approaches, conducts psychological research at national and international levels, and trains psychologists who can contribute to the application of psychology for the benefit of society.

MISSION

Our primary mission is to educate well-equipped psychologists who have a comprehensive understanding of psychology and related fields, are capable of self-directed learning, are open to continuous development, and are aware of their professional and personal limitations. We aim to generate scientific knowledge in various fields of psychology, contribute this knowledge to the benefit of society, and support its application in practice.

In line with this mission, we aim for our graduates to be able to communicate their knowledge effectively, demonstrate scientific thinking skills, have a solid understanding of fundamental theories in psychology, and acquire the skills necessary to conduct, analyze, and interpret research in accordance with ethical principles.
