General Information

History

Adnan Menderes University Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering started undergraduate education in the fall semester of 2013-2014 academic year. In our department, our undergraduate students graduated for the first time in the 2017-2018 academic year. Our Master's program accepted students for the first time in the 2019-2020 academic year. Our department is an education and research institution that aims to train internationally successful engineers who will produce projects for the needs of the society in every field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, conduct scientific research, develop creative solutions to technical and humanitarian problems they may encounter in their professional lives.

Our Mission

The main mission of our department is to educate highly qualified students in all branches of electrical engineering as well as possible. In this context, to train Electrical and Electronics engineers who have the knowledge to perform their profession at a modern level all over the world with the awareness of universal social responsibility, who are equipped with leadership qualities, who can design and realize projects for the benefit of humanity and the country, taking into account ethical rules, standards and realistic constraints, capable of written and verbal expression, questioning and reasoning, entrepreneurial, researcher, innovative and original thinking is targeted.

Adnan Menderes University Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering aims to train graduates who

• Are able to work in a disciplined way,
• Are able to see ahead and evaluate conditions,
• Are able to take risks and take responsibility for the work he / she deems necessary,

• Can Communicate effectively with domestic and foreign colleagues.
