To educate food engineers who possess both theoretical and practical knowledge of food engineering; who are equipped with science, technology, and engineering knowledge at global standards; who continuously improve themselves; who are entrepreneurial, collaborative, and environmentally conscious. In addition, our mission is to become a department that produces solutions to regional and national problems in food engineering through its research activities, contributes to improving the quality of life of people in our country by conducting research at national and international levels, and is primarily preferred by successful students through the high-quality education it provides.
