1) To work as a manager, consultant or specialist in the private sector in areas such as human resources, workforce analytics, payroll and personnel affairs, and digital performance management.
2) To take part in social policy development processes based on values such as gender equality, social justice and inclusiveness.
3) To work in public institutions as inspectors, specialists, auditors, social security experts or labour inspectors, thereby contributing to the implementation and development of public policies.
4) To take an active role in collective bargaining, representation, research and social dialogue processes within trade unions, employers' associations and civil society organisations.
5) To analyse the impact of artificial intelligence, digital platforms and remote working practices on labour processes and to develop policies regarding these transformations.
