Business Administration graduates can find employment in many fields in both the public and private sectors.

In the public sector, they serve in various positions such as assistant specialist, auditor, inspector, financial advisor, administrative judiciary judge, etc., in units like all ministries, universities, tax offices, land registry offices, provincial administrations, and municipalities. Additionally, they work as academicians at universities with titles such as research assistant and lecturer.

In the private sector, graduates work in various positions such as purchasing specialist in procurement departments, human resources specialist in HR departments, accounting officer in accounting departments, marketing specialist in sales and marketing departments, and hold various titles in promotion and public relations departments. Additionally, they can work as bankers in all departments of public and private banks (such as marketing, credit allocation, financial analysis, operations, project management, and general directorates) with various titles including teller, service officer, assistant specialist, assistant inspector, etc.
