HRCC
The Human Resources, Career and Alumni Relations Coordination (HRCC) provides various services to guide students and graduates through their career development processes and help them succeed in the professional world. While supporting career planning, internship, and job search processes, HRCC also organizes activities that strengthen the bridge between the university and the business world. This coordination assists students in discovering sectoral job opportunities and preparing for interviews. Through strong relationships with alumni, it offers long-term support in their career journeys.

İŞKUR Youth Program
We would like to inform you about the Youth Program carried out by the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) to enhance the employability of our students. This program aims to provide students with work experience and also offers various trainings on topics such as individual counseling, job search skills, financial literacy, resume writing, and interview techniques. The program allows flexible and part-time participation up to 3 days per week, enabling students to gain experience without interrupting their education. The program, implemented in areas such as sustainable campus initiatives, social and cultural activities, academic and administrative support, community service projects, and digital transformation and innovation, contributes positively to career development.

National Internship Program
The National Internship Program is an early-career development initiative carried out by the Presidential Human Resources Office, aiming to provide students with career-oriented experiences in public institutions and private sector organizations. This program offers students valuable experience to support their career development and presents a significant opportunity to succeed in the job market after graduation.

EGEKAF
EGEKAF (Aegean Career Fair) is a major career event organized annually for university students and graduates, offering a unique opportunity to directly interact with the business world. Career Paths
The Department of Finance offers students a broad range of career opportunities.
