4. Assesses migration movements and policies at global, regional, and national levels, and analyzes migration theories and management practices.
5. Analyzes and interprets global energy policies, energy security, and sustainable energy strategies.

1. Understands the theoretical, historical, and methodological framework of International Relations and analyzes it through various theoretical approaches.
2. Analyzes world political history and global transformations in terms of cause-and-effect and evaluates their impact on contemporary international relations.
3. Interprets current global developments by evaluating the functioning of the international system, its main actors, principles of international law, and the role of international organizations.
4. Develops an interdisciplinary perspective by conducting analyses related to political science, economics, sociology, and law, and synthesizes data from different disciplines.
5. Investigates the historical roots, processes, and consequences of international conflicts using comparative and theoretical frameworks and produces solutions.
