Adnan Menderes University Human Resources Department started its education life in 2013-2014 within the Söke Faculty of Business. The Human Resources Department, which started classes with the daytime education undergraduate program, started to accept students for the Evening Education program in the 2017-2018 academic year. Both training programs are still continuing. It will give its first graduates in 2018.
The duration of education in our department is determined as a total of 5 years, including 1 year foreign language preparatory class (optional) + 4 years undergraduate education.
Human Resources Management is a discipline developed on the functionality and evaluation of human capital in the workplace. Our department offers a wide range of programs designed on human resources, organizational behavior and industrial relations.
