MISSION

The aim of the Human Resources Management Undergraduate Program is to train qualified human resources employees and / or to prepare managers who will perform the recruitment, evaluation and management of these employees in the most effective way. Especially in the globalized competitive environment, companies invest heavily in human resources to get ahead. Therefore, the need for qualified HR employees is increasing day by day. The Human Resources Management Undergraduate Program was established to train well-equipped people who know all the functions of human resources and the expectations of business life.
