Adnan Menderes Uniiversity Agriculture Faculty Department of Landscape Architecture was established in 1992 and started to educational program in 2012-2013.

DURING MY EDUCATION AT THE UNIVERSITY AS A STUDENT OF LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE, WHICH INFORMATION WILL  I HAVE ABOUT?

The aims of the Landscape Architecture education are to enable the landscape architecture students; to maintain and develop landscapes with the knowledge of art, science, engineering and technology and to educate landscape architect on designing, planning, reclamation and management from local scale to regional scale.

ABOUT WHICH FIELDS I WILL WORK,  WHEN I WILL GRADUATE?

Professional fields of study or inter-professional collaborative efforts of graduates in landscape planning and design, landscape restoration, management, ornamental plants sector creates employment profiles in the private sector.

WHERE CAN I WORK WHEN I WILL GRADUATE?

Landscape architects can be employed in public sectors such as The Prime Ministry State Planning Organization, The Ministry of Environment and Urban, Municipalities, Universities and some ministry institutions (General Directorate of Highways, General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works (DSI), General Directorate of Environmental Conservation, National Parks, Agricultural Research Institutions, General Directorate of Forests, General Directorate of Tourism Planning, General Directorate of Preservation of Cultural and Historical Heritage). Besides who want to improve their quality about the profession could apply for post graduate education and phd programs in relevant department in the university.
